Exercise: Exercise the Obvious Parenting Way

 

Many people hit a roadblock when they think about exercise because they consider it a form of “work” rather than something pleasurable. Yet our bodies are made to be in motion, to be "one" with movement. So, let's get out and move our bodies! We will call it "movement" instead of the more daunting word "exercise."

The first step is to make time for movement every day. There is no wrong way when it comes to movement. From working out at the gym to playing with our kids, there are endless ways to move our bodies.
